Losing a loved one is the hardest thing we go thru in life. Dealing with final arrangements is nothing short of Stressful....I would like to tell you about the experience that I had with West Resthaven Funeral when my Father passed away. My Father passed on October 10th, 2020. I reached out to Resthaven and scheduled an appointment to plan my Father's funeral. I was Blessed to connect with Jeanette, I cannot tell you all the Wonderful things that she has done for me and my Family. She greeted us with Kindness and with a listening ear. She walked us thru the entire process with patience and professionalism. She took the time to explain our options and made me feel more at ease thru this difficult time. She went above and beyond by taking on certain responsibilities on her own. She made arrangements and contacted The Military for my Father's Honors, she made sure the Gun salute was performed and the United States Navy was on site to Honor him. She connected me with a Chaplin who performed his Eulogy, Jeanette contacted the Newspapers and had his obituary completed. She communicated with my Family and I every step of the way and followed up with with me after his Service. "Jeanette " I can't thank you enough for Everything you have done for my Family and I. You made a Stressful situation, a Beautiful experience for me. I recommend West Resthaven Funeral to EVERYONE!
