Online shopping is terrible! I do not recommend to order online!!!
I bought a few things in stores and wanted to try online. The product that I got online did not meet my expectations. The camera from the laptop was too blurry. I needed the computer for school and work. I return it the next day and it seems like I owe them over $200 for just opening the product. I am suppose to check if the product came in great conditions and it is not giving problems. When I called about the balance, I got so many excuses. First they told me it was because of the shipping and then I get other reasons. I am really disappointed.
Worst customer service experience uwy2 Menoza was the worst customer service experience and in general I would pay for just better customer service... Gonna cancel my account asap...
Loved this store. Staff very helpful. The store is clean. Very big. A big variety of items prices are reasonable. Cant wait to go back.
I went in to apply was turned down but the nice lady helped me go through a different company. Was shocked to be approved but needles to say i started shopping. Some with many associates some said one thing and others said another thing which made it confusing. I started to leave with uncertainty of buying anything but then saw kids tablets. A gentleman named Macario Trejo came to answer my questions but then made some great suggestions for what might be better options for my daughter and my money. He answered all my questions with confidence and gave great advice! Because of this gentleman I will be back. Thank you sir for your help today. I how this is showed to you.
