I went to look for a Michael Kors purse and Barb was the associate that helped me. She was very nice and welcoming. I did find the purse I wanted. I left satisfied with my purchase
Horrible customer service. I wasn't greeted or even acknowledged by any of the associates. The security guard was standing around talking to one of the workers when my mom and I walked in and neither said hello or even looked up. The associate in shoes who rang me out didn't say hello or even have a good day. Won't be coming to this location anymore, the associates at the Arrowhead location are friendly and actually do their jobs.
Great prices for a close out store. No returns are allowed and no fitting rooms to use.
When in the store looking for one specific item only to be followed around by employees like I was going to steal something Wearing a black T-shirt and some jeans maybe next time I’ll come dressed in all Gucci so they’ll treat me like a person that’s not going to steal something or better yet maybe I just won’t come at all
Very clean and the staff helped me and my wife find the perfect fragrance.
