The gentleman helping me today was FANTASTIC. He was knowledgable on products/services and friendly. We bought 3 phones from him today and phone cases/screen protectors for all of them. Best part was HE WASNT a pushy salesman. I will definitely return if needed. (I wish I would of got him name, he was a young latino man)
Ernesto is the real M.V.P. I visited this store after talking to customer care,a corporate store and visiting another location...he fixed my issue in less than 5 minutes...Give him a raise!!! Excellent customer service!!! Thank you Ernesto!!!
The lady was able to help us but when we came across changing the same number from boost to metro, over at boost they were able to call and get all her info but she couldn't and when we explained she got a bit aggressive and started raising her tone a bit. Wouldn't come back here, getting an attitude over an explanation. They need to do something about it. Can't handle it, fire her.

The lady that runs the place don't know what she is doing when u buy a phone u get the sim chip with it but we got charged extra she said they didn't have the phone we wanted we had to go to Phoenix to get the phone that was on sale then gave us an unlimited plan that was not unlimited
