FIVE STARS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN WHEN A CUSTOMER HAS BEEN RUDE TO THEM THEY STILL TREAT EVERY CUSTOMER WITH RESPECT! The boy with that patch of white hair was so nice to me, helped me port over from boost and get all my contacts, pictures and everything onto my new phone! The girls there seem to have the same attitude, very nice and very helpful! I had to give them five stars!

This place was awesome my girls Elvira and Celeste hooked me up. The customer service was awesome very clean store come to them first they are great i am telling everyone.
I go to this specific location every month to pay my bill I have been helped by a short young lady with colored eyes, she has always been very courteous and helpful she informed me of their promotions and I now have 4 lines with them! By far best metro in the area!
They never answer the phone even when you're sitting outside staring at them. The place is usually clean but one of few times I went in during the evening around 5pm-6pm there is a woman working who is highly unprofessional. We told her we needed to remove a line from our family plan and add hotspot to the existing line and was told by phone earlier in the day that we can just walk in and get it all handled. The girl then said whoever said that was "stupid" and they didn't know what they were talking about. She then said she would see what she can do. She was able to actually remove the line but told us we had to call a 1800 number to get hotspot. Omg... Maybe if this night time employee laid off the drugs then I would give a better review.
