Ran in here because I was switching carriers needed my pin, was told it was last 4 of my social, didn't get that welcoming feeling that day one of the two ladies was nice other one had attitude. Either way pin was incorrect and caused an abundance of problems getting my other phones and having a smooth transition. Was loyal to tmobile for over 8 years, the service I have received has only pushed me away.
Visited to get info on hotspot. Employees were very helpful and a pleasure working with.🙂
Eddy was the Best!!! and the reason I switched to T-Mobile, I received the worst customer service @ 99th and McDowell walked out and ended up going to the Camelback store Eddy was so patient and helpful he went above and beyond to help my daughters choose the right phone.
Went in last Friday to get a couple things taken care of. Jorge helped my wife and I out, we were there for two hours and probably threw a billion questions his way. He was patient, answered all questions thoroughly. He made the two hours feel like 15 minutes. Definitely going back if i ever need anything else.
Went in to pay a bill they were attentive and everything was a breeze. They have good phone selections and they always answer questions when answers are needed. Store is super clean I actually loved that it smelled like Lysol and not just looked clean. Would definitely recommend going to this location.
