Pedro help me out with everything I needed
I use to go to the Estrella Parkway store but I decided to come to the Northern store. I had to buy a new phone due to mine was both working well. I was helped by Jose who was amazing. He was very patient and explained things thoroughly. My next experience was with Pedro who helped with another issue I had which he was also very patient as well. I am not very good with technology or phones but both young gentlemen provided excellent customer service. I am so and will now be coming to the Northern store for any phone needs I have. These gentlemen should be recognized in from of their peers as good examples to follow.
I had the most tremendous experience at TMobile on Northern in Peoria!! Pedro's customer service expertise is bar none. I felt very valued and cared for. He answered all my questions and gave me undivided attention. His personality made me feel welcomed and his patience and knowledge made the experience worth mentioning and so I am. It is my hope he is a Manager of a store because you know there would be high quality service delivered in that store.
I must also mention the entire staff represented TMobile well. I highly recommend this store and I will be returning!!!!
