Jason, who is apparently the General Manager, was extremely rude and condescending. The other employees are great and I've been coming to this location for six years, but I will not step foot in this building again because of Jason. I've even sent in positive reviews to corporate. I wouldn't believe he was actually this rude if he didn't also send my girlfriend out of the store in tears after refusing to help her in any way.I could hear him yelling at her from across the store when she called me crying. If you don't have the social skills to help a female without her leaving the store crying, you shouldn't be talking to people let alone managing a store.

Been a customer of GameStop, specifically this location for years. Been searching around for a specific controller for a few weeks and I’ve gotten absolutely no help from any of these mangers/members I’ve spoken with. Was told that my only real option is to “do some leg work” and keep on checking the status of the product that’s been out of stock for 3 weeks now. All I and many other consumers ask to know is “ARE YOU GOING TO HAVE THEM IN STOCK AGAIN” and my answer is “you’ll just have to keep checking” will go ahead and let my BS elite membership expire and never purchase from this faltering company again. It’s understandable not being able to control if you can receive the products you stock, but having a “try harder” attitude towards the customers wanting to purchase these items is definitely not the way. **Buyer Beware** they will convince you to buy warranty for items they don’t even stock anymore.
