The service was great. A rep couldn't answer my question so he found someone who could. Maximilian found the toner cartridge I needed, (listed with a completely different number than I was looking for) and we walked right to it. Then he offered to check me out at the printing station so I wouldn't have to wait in line. I will definitely be coming back for all my office supply needs in the future. I only regret that I can't give them more stars. Bravo OfficeMax!
Didn't honor their price match policy. Charged up the hooha for a 500 page reem of legal paper. Only 1 legal paper options. Shop online... the female was nice and helpful but she wasn't at check out though. I'll never go shop at this location ever again.
Abraham was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me achieve exactly what I was asking for! He really knows what hes doing and that made me feel confident that my prints would come out just like I wanted! He answered all my questions and worked fast! GIVE ABRAHAM A RAISE! Definitely coming to this office max from now on!
We went in to have two notary stamps made and it took over 5 minutes to get anyone to even acknowledge us. When abraham did finally show up we told him what we needed he gave us a form to fill out. He briefly explained what info he needed us to fill out, then walked away for another 5 minutes. I had marked that I wanted blue in and when I went to pick up the stamp it was black in. When I let them know I was told that they only do it in black ink. Had that been explained to me prior to paying over $60 I would have just gone to STAPLES. They know how to treat their customers.
Max was extremely courteous. Helped me with the issue at hand like a manager should. Even went out of his way to check competitors prices on the product I was buying without me asking for price match. Super happy with the service. and I will be back for future stuffs. Max is the MAX
