Best experience I have ever had at this location. Thank you Richard G! Super knowledgeable, extremely polite an personable... he got us hooked up with new phones, despite my password challenges. And we saved about $30 a month.
Richard was able to answer all our questions and get our bill down over $150 monthly and 2 complimentary speakers! We've been with sprint for over 20 years and this was the best customer service experience with sprint ever!
I was disappointed with my visit. Sprint's service has been terrible in are area and the employees gave us know real information on the situation and ended up blaming our home equipment for some of the problems. In the past this location has been friendly and helpful, to bad that has changed. Do to the lack of phone service and questionable customer care we have moved our service to another carrier.
Kudos to Richard, always feel comfortable working with him. Love my new LG phone!!
