It is clear that Robert needs some customer service coaching. I went in there for some simple hardware for a trailer, a common roll pin and cotter pin. Robert asked what it was off of. I said it was off of a trailer. He looked at me and pointed at his computer and said "I don't have anything in here that says trailer, what's it off of?" Dude, if you really hate your job that bad, find a new line of work. The other workers seemed helpful and willing to help.

O'Reilly's like AutoZone have good prices on things that you need the one at 43rd Avenue and Indian School the staff is friendly and I enjoyed being there
