This is the only store by metro that gave us a awesome deal on 2lines when we switched from boost mobile we went to about 5 different stores got priced at 230 to 250 here we paid less then 165 and got cases and glass protective screens they were fast and friendly especially the owner great customer service thanks you guys rock ..
Came here to get a phone for an upgrade and was charged an activation fee. Which is normal but what was not ok was the price. On all the prices it says 15$ why was I charged 18$? I brought it up and was told that is what the charge was... If I didn't need a new phone right away and was not pressed for time I would have taken my business and money else where!
Helpful staff a bit slow when busy
Store had no customers so service was extremely fast. I asked the sales rep questions about call detail but she was unable to answer my question nor did she offer to seek customer service help 611
