I have a rare antique, highly valuable Steinway that was expertly rebuilt about 15 years ago. Tony has been doing routine service (tunings) since then. Appointments are extremely easy to make, always honored punctually, and always result in perfect work. Recently, Tony did a full regulation of the action, which I didn’t realize was quite so badly needed as it was. Tony‘s work was exceptional. This piano has never sounded better or played more predictably, with more nuance and sensitivity. I’ve fallen in love with my instrument all over again. No piano technician I’ve ever known is this good or this good a guy.
Tony provided exceptional insight and technical expertise in transforming my new Steinway B into a magnificent musical instrument. He is extremely knowledgeable about the very fine details of Steinway pianos and was very responsive to my request for an appointment despite his very busy schedule. Tony is highly professional, meticulous, and a delight to have in my home. I look forward to a long-standing working relationship with Tony for many years to come. Thank you so much!
Tony has been tuning my piano for years! He is top notch. He is friendly and the best at what he does. I am a piano teacher and have had many tunerS over the years and I can tell you he is the best. I would not trust anyone else with the care of my piano.
