At&t is the worst company to get a phone through. They have the worst customer service imaginable the manager won't return a phone call what so ever. My son went up to trade in his phone for his free upgrade (which isn't free). They told him he had to pay off what was left on his phone plus another$50 and he would be able to trade it in for the phone he wanted. So after paying off the phone and the other$50, and they gave him the new phone and transferred all the information. Looks my son's old phone over and tells him he can't trade the phone in after all because he just noticed the camera screen was cracked. So he tells my son he has to pay to fix the screen before they'll take it as a trade in or he could return the new phone. I feel that it was the employees mistake and that at&t should at least pay half to fix the screen since there employee was the one who made the mistake to begin with. Why should my son have to pay for the mistake of the employee and I feel At&t should step up. But I can't even get them to return a phone call.

Kyle was SUPER helpful! He and his associate were both very knowledgeable and patient! I was so indecisive and skeptical of them at first thinking I was just going to be another upsale to them but they respected all decisions I made. I came in looking to replace my 2 broken phones and didn't realize that they had plans for small businesses like mine so I definitely am glad that I let them tell me my options at first before rushing a decision! Now I have the simple work phone that I wanted, my awesome new Samsung 😎 Definitely won't be going anywhere else anymore!

Service was very " ok ".... nothing special...Had a customer yelling and screaming at her kin folk while trying to obtain her password from them....those people SHOULD BE TOLD...TO take the Loud conversation & yelling outside... please. My situation was handled fine, except Johnson the employee had also started ' Another Customer ' at my table...when I needed to have questions still answered. I was done..but not done...And that was very DISTRACTING !!

Bertha is very patient and understanding. She’s been so helpful been coming to her for almost 2 years now definitely recommend her if you need help with your phone. I’m 64 not the most tech savvy guy but she’s makes it simple for me.

I don't typically write reviews but I had to do so in this case Manager Kyle was so incredibly helpful. He was so patient with me and my family, he answered every single one of our questions, and boy did he have a lot of questions. If you are an AT&T customer or plan on becoming one I would definitely go to this store and speak with the manager.!
