Very poor handling of an insurance Claim.nMade the customer call the insurance company herself to get an override on a discount card.nWhen I (a pharmacy technician for 30 years) called to help my sister out, the girl there (Jessica/Jessi) was very rude and condescending to me. Told me she didn’t like my tone several times, never did I once raise my voice or be rude to her. She was just upset I knew how to do her job better than her and actually helped the customer. She is now calling to get an override for my sisters prescription that is needed for surgery in two day! Walmart needs to start taking care of their customers and stop worrying about immunizations and bottom line!
I have never been judged so poorly by a group of so called “Professionals” in my life. This pharmacy didn’t just give bad services they made me feel less then human. First pharmacy I’ve visited that was proud to be prejudice. Down right disgraceful.
Worst pharmacy I've ever been too. Rude associates that just blatantly ignore customers
Linda is very nice and text alerts are nice also
Cheaper than walgreens to pick up prescriptions and text alerts work nicely
