For over 125 years Regal Ware Inc. has made their home in West Bend and Kewaskum Wisconsin.
They don’t return calls or emails.nIf you choose to wait on hold, they let you hold for over 20 minutes and then you get an automated message saying that they won’t allow you to keep holding and you must leave a message. They say they will “save your place” and call you back in the order your call was received. That was 2 days ago!
One of the best shipping department
Try ply copper cookware is now 25 years old that I purchased through the Betty Crocker Catalog. At the price of copper these days I made a good investment in excellent cookware.nI need new handles now, but I won't give up my Regal Ware.
The Masterclad cookware set is falling apart, and I have spent a lot of time just trying to get a live person on the phone at Regalware! (I'm actually on hold right now). DO NOT buy the Masterclad cookware set!!! SCAM!
