I ordered a bed on April 27 this year. I was told it would be there the next week Thursday to which it was not. I had 2 people with me when I was told this. I was told they told me not till yesterday or today. So I called yesterday. It was sent to a store 2 hours away from me. The Iron Mountain store employees were rude to me on the phone. The gals in the Escanaba store were very helpful. I had no choice but to make the 2 hour drive one way to get my bed. I was told they could give me a gift card for the store in Iron Mountain. What ever happened to the customer is always right when I had 2 other people hear her tell me what day it was coming in. I feel they took advantage of a disabled person and was not treated with the respect I deserve when I spoke to them on the phone. I do have a call into the Better Business about this.
