My husband and I stopped to look at recliners with the hopes of taking one home today. We had a chance to look at the selection and had a few in mind before speaking to the sales person. We told him what we were looking for and within a few short minutes we were on our way out the door with a great recliner at a great price. Ben, the salesman, was excellent to work with. We will definitely come back in the future. Great customer service goes a long way!
Our visit today was wonderful. Ben was the associate that helped us with everything. He filled us in on all the details from patterns and textures to which was a better couch from the 2 we were looking at. He helped us check out and made our purchase very easy. He broke down the prices, the extra percents off and the warranty for us. Amazing service.
Ben was a good salesman. He greeted us but then gave us space to shop. He worked to give us the best possible price. He explained what to expect as far as shipment in this new business climate. He called us to alert us when the shipment was suppose to arrive. And our recliners arrived with no delay...lucky us!nnYes, I gave this experience 5 stars because it was earned! Thank you!
