Very pleased with their customer centric attitude. I felt very pleased with my recent purchase & installation. Technician delivered to my location & took time to install, explain functioning, & give great advice. It is that personal touch that matters.nI ordered toner on the local phone line & they know who I am & it was obvious that I was important to them. This business connection will save me a ton of time.nI am really glad I chose them; you should also.

UPDATE: After transitioning to a college in NYC and dealing with much larger service vendors, I can confidently say that OPG was better. I wish they were in New York! Offices in the north woods are lucky to have them.nnNorthland International University has used OPG for years to maintain our copy and print equipment. Their sales and contract staff are easy to work with, dispatch is fast, and technicians are skilled and typically have the correct replacement parts already with them. We highly recommend OPG.
