They aren’t a “real “ sprint store. Had to purchase a case from them $50 when we came In with a brand new one. Since we knew which phone we were going to buy. Was told we also had to get a screen protector from them or the couldn’t sell me the phone

It’s.. a sprint store. If you need sprint, then this is where you go. Sprint reception is very poor in the four corners, so don’t expect anything more than average. But the store is great and they are friendly

Went here to see about paying off my contract early. I was told it was going to be over 500.00 dollars. I called Sprint customer service the same day and was able to do it for 17.00 dollars. These people have no clue to what they are doing.

Worst guest service by Leigha. She flat out lied to us and was rude when we went to check on our status of our phones. Chris the manager was much nicer and tried to resolve the matter.

I would give them none if that was a option. The employees seem to have no knowledge on the services they are providing. Explaining anything to you without confusing themselves is a task in it's own. My suggestion is to call customer service and get it done right the first time.
