AT&T Store

I honestly hateeeeee going into phone service places because it’s just a headache and mess. BUT LET ME TELL YOU, cadio at the mall AT&T is who you wanna see. He will get you in and out with what you need and you’ll be satisfied with the outcome of the service you received, he will answer any question and try to be a helpful he can be. I didn’t wait at all and I got out of there as quick as can be.

Matthew, a service tech at the Farmington, NM store, was so helpful today. My husband and I were near our wits end trying to use the help line and internet help getting our phones unlocked. Matthew put an end to our week-long nightmare with a pleasant attitude and competent results. Thank you.

Arturo was great! He got me and wife new phones and a cheaper monthly payment than what we had with Verizon! Highly recommend!

Rebekah saved my photos! Recently I was shopping at the mall when my phone started to spin. When I arrived at the store for help, she was quick to help me set up a new phone before the old phone completely died and very important pictures were lost forever. Unfortunately the wifi at the mall was super busy that day and after trying for hours to transfer pictures to the cloud and reset the phone, it was going to take several hours longer to finish the task. So, Rebekah took my old phone home at the end of her shift and updated everything at her home on her own time! She called the next day to walk me the through the process of restarting my new phone with all my saved pictures! Truly, Rebekah’s service was above and beyond and I am exceedingly grateful!!
