Employees were very helpful. They could read the "newbie" on my face when I walked in and offered right away to help me navigate the different options for the system I had and explained how I could trade in games for credit, etc. The 7 day guarantee on games is a wonderful policy. If you don't like it, you can return it within that time. Couldn't ask for more, really.

The workers there are very informative. everything is a bit overpriced I would try to go to walmart 1st to see if you can find what your looking for especially switch games they are always 10 dollars cheaper there
