They always help me with any issue I have had with my phone. They've always been very helpful and kind. Kudos to metro!!

When I bought our phones 4 lines, I paid for 2 months of service! The service was shut off after just 1 month & it took 4 visits to finally get the service turned back on! Everyone was really nice they just did not know what they were doing!! I felt like I should have been compensated for having to return to the store 4 times. I live in Aztec and do not have a vehicle so it was very hard to find a ride to Farmington they should have been able to fix the problem on the phone!!!

They have been extremely helpful at this location willing to understand that I cannot afford a new phone so they have continuously work with me to replace this one as it malfunctions I really truly hope that this one does not close as this dealer is actually one of the better MetroPCS dealerships that I've been to in a very very very long time
