Not very personable or helpful. Lighting in their displays are dark and you can't see true colors of their product.
Was looking for a Quadrafire stove. Randy was awesome at contacting company to have them make one more before they stopped making them. Great service!

We also have a retail hearth shop in Wisconsin and the Eau Claire Fireside Hearth and Home has always been more than helpful in on the spot questions, product and assistance. They are very knowledgeable and the store has a great atmosphere and friendly staff, not to mention great product choices as well!
