Staff was helpful but not overbearing. They allowed us the time alone in the store we wanted to test furniture and browse without following us around. When we made a selection, we were able to find our associate to help finalize our purchase. They were pretty accommodating. Delivery and set up was a reasonable fee. The only drawback is the waiting time for delivery. 2 months out.
Great place. Ask for Lacy! She was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for and stayed within our budget. Great experience!!!
Quick and easy! Came in looking for a deal, left with a deal. No pressure or salesman push. We were given space yet felt well attended to by Dustin. Coffee table and end tables purchased!
I went into the store looking for a couch and dining room set. Joshua greeted me, answered my questions, showed me some options, and then let me wander on my own. I really appreciated that! I ended up returning to the store a week later to purchase the couch, dining room set, and a twin mattress/frame for my college age daughter.nGreat service, knowledge sales representative, and quality pieces. Can't wait to get them into my new home!
Bought a TV stand and went to pick it up and it was not put together. ud83dude21 I did not know you have to put it together your self. I wish they would of told me. But that’s not it. When I got the TV stand home and open the box....ud83eudd2c no directions. So now I have this TV stand in my living room and have no clue how to put it together.nnI moved the stars up. Because I went back to slumberland in Menomonie and talked with a lady.(not sure her name) Sent some pictures in and a guy named Ryan called back and they are taking care of everything. (Getting me a new one etc.) it will take a few weeks. Thank you
