Potter's Field is located in the northeastern corner of the Dunn County Highway Shop yard. The entire area is within a chain link fence, and is available only during the open hours of the Highway Department. Highway officials ask that any prospective visitor first check in with the receptionist at the Highway Department building, located just north of US Hwy 12 and Wisconsin 29, about one mile east of the city limits of Menomonie. There are only 4 stone markers, but there is a list of all graves on a sign, and on the web page.
