We went in to look at flooring, there was one women employee on the phone. We were in there for 30-45 minutes. I stood at the desk for 5-10 minutes and the lady would not even look up , nor did she acknowledge us in any way . She continued the personal call and ignored us. We will not be coming back. I found that extremely unprofessional, as we were going to buy flooring, but were unable to.
