Sean was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. He gave me information and time for me to make a decision. He was apologetic when the computer system was slow. Great job!!
The store is a one of a kind experience. The process does take some time but everything they go over is very important information that you will need to know and remember so you can be ready for the delivery team. So have your ears on and be ready to sleep the best sleep you've ever slept. I'm never going back to a regular mattress. Sleep number beds are the BEST!
The service was great, I wanted to sleep on all the beds we tried out. We went in just to look at new beds and purchased one before we left.
Great customer service! They don’t push you into buying more than you need, or pressure you into buying a bunch of extra stuff. My family and I had a wonderful shopping experience and can’t wait to sleep in our new bed. Not to mention it’s wonderful to know that they are made to order so my mattresses haven’t been sitting in a bug infested warehouse for years lol Thank you for everything here is to some great sleep!
