I love coming into this place. There's some hard to find music there. For God's sake I'm listening to a record of a tuba accompanied by tape at the moment. Can't find that anywhere else...
I can't speak highly enough of my recent experience with Paramount Guitars and owner Kenn Fox. He is punctual with every call and follows through on everything he says he will deliver on. If there is any discrepancy chances are he has already looked into it and produced a solution before you are even aware of the issue. That being said, he is such an honest man to do business with that even if you miss something he will keep you in the loop and let you know what needed to be done.nProfessional, transparent but most important is this is an owner that truly cares about both his customer and their instrument, and that will become evident when you speak with Kenn. So when you're ready to pull the trigger, give Kenn a call.
I did a custom guitar order with Paramount and was very impressed with the knowledge of their staff and their professionalism. They kept me informed regarding the status of my order every step of the way and even helped me to save some money on the order. I highly recommend buying your next guitar at Paramount.
Guy on phone was rude... acting like it's my fault he's having a bad day for doing his job.
