My husband and I retired to Beaver Dam 5 years ago. At that time we visited McKinstry's to purchase a couch for our new home. We were both so pleased with the down home, personal service we received. We were thrilled to be able to patronize a local business. It was time to replace our table and chairs in our great room. Again we wanted to buy local and McKinstry's came through again. Bill and I thank you for your wonderful service, and we will be sure to visit again in the future.
We bought a lift chair there for my elderly mom, the arm came loose and they picked it up , repaired it and returned it the next day!! Great local business with great people and great service!!
Quality furniture, professional service is the best.
