I have had more than one excellent experience at my local Verizon on Frances Lane in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. The staff has always gone above and beyond while providing superb customer service. I want to thank Jacob and Kayla at this specific location. My daughter lost her phone and Jacob went the extra mile to be sure the insurance claim was filed properly and for her to receive her replacement phone faster than I could have imagined. Great job everyone!! Thumbs up!! Keep up the amazing customer service. Highly recommend Verizon as a provider, never have had any issues.
Amazing service! Hunter really went above and beyond. We came from 30min away, unaware of the store hours change. So we ended up coming in 5min before close. He still helped us just the same. Very happy with the service he provided! Thank you very much!!
