I purchased a 34yr old home that did not have any AV, security or the necessary cables for my TV, computer and WIFI. I reached out and scheduled an onsite meeting with Rene at Pulse automation and Security. Rene showed up on time and presented himself in a professional manner. Rene took the time to listen to my needs and wants then provided me with solutions and answers to all of my questions. Rene did not try to up sell me or push products on me in anyway that was not part of our original meeting. After a couple of days of thought and more discussion and clarification I had Pulse automation and Security come out and install all the necessary cabling for my TV's, Internet connections to my devices and WIFI. I even purchased my router and WIFI device from Rene.nnRene did a great job installing, programming and explaining how everything worked. I would recommend Pulse Automation and Security for anyone's AV, Security and Internet needs.
