Shannon at Park West is amazing! She can handle doing any pressure from light to hard & I always leave feeling relaxed and better than I did when I walked in there. All the people who work there are really nice and helpful too. I highly recommend you go in and visit Shannon for a massage asap! She will help you to feel better in maintaining your pain levels. My muscles are always really tight and she does a great job in loosening them up to give me relief. She really is great.

Crystal was amazing! She took care of exactly what we talked about prior to the session. Not only did i just want to relax, but I'm hoping this will help with an injury that doctors can't seem to figure out. I felt like a whole new person after my massage and can't believe I waited that long to do some self care. Front desk ladies were welcoming and explained everything thoroughly between what to expect in my session to their COVID-19 protocols. Looking forward to my next massage session and utilizing the other services like stretch and facials that massage envy offers!

My overall experience with ME from the time I walk in is a wonderful experience with the friendl, professional and pleasant front staff. Especially, during this Covid -19, keeping it safe for everyone. I especially, enjoy my facial treatments with Sierra. She is very attentive with my specific needs due to skin sensitivity. Her knowledge and expertise of skin care is top notch. I have learned more about the care of my skin. The products recommended have given me positive results. I may walk in stressed and walk out very satisfied and relaxed. Thank you Sierra and front staff.

I am a Retired Navy Veteran with Disabilities concerning my back and hips. I have been a costumer for Massage Envy for many years. The service I have received from the location in Peoria AZ has been Truly Beyond Reproach! In particular I have had many hours of Massages with Steve and his Professionalism, Attention to Detail and Ability to listen to exactly what I have asked for has been far and away Outstanding! I Recommend your location to all Active Duty Members and Retirees at Luke AFB.

I have been a member at this location for about 2 years. Very convenient location and easy to schedule appointments through the website. I do both massage and skincare, though my schedule is quite hectic, so I appreciate that I can schedule appointments a day or few days ahead and still get in. Today I had an extraordinary massage with Ismael and superb experience with a PCA skin peel with Timothy. Ismael was able to focus on several knots on my back and really took note of the areas of concern I wanted to focus on. I never felt like he was just "doing a routine" to pass the time, but rather focused on needed areas with a perfect pressure. Timothy was also very attentive and great at explaining the process of the skin peel. Great communication and an excellent peel. Overall a great experience today! I will definitely be back to see Ismael and Timothy soon! There are several great people there as well... I've had great experiences with Crystal, Ashley and Jay.
