I inquired for hair removal...since I placed the initial inquiry I would receive emails...and calls consistently on a daily basis for weeks...until I finally decided to move forward and purchased a package. The lady who closed the deal via phone was great. She mentioned she would contact my closest location so they can schedule me. Its has been over a week and I haven't received any communication. Which tells me they are sales oriented because once the DEAL was closed and contract was signed ...their communication and not to mention customer service seemed to have vanished. I called finally to this location and spoke to a Tiffany to schedule myself. I expressed the situation in a calm manner and her phone equitte I must say was POOR. No empathy, rather I got a very short response...with no acknowledgment to what I had just told her which makes me not so excited for the next 16 months that I have to go into this location for the services I bought.
Rayvin Robert was super nice and very informative and patient. She did a great job and worked with me gave me all of my options and wasn't pushy at all. Had a great experience speaking to her. I had my appointment and it was so fast and again they were great and made me feel so comfortable.

So glad I signed onto doing laser hair removal with Ideal Image! The team is amazing and I have felt so comfortable since the beginning! Morgan is awesome!
I’ve been here a couple of times for laser and had a few laser techs but today I had the best and beyond laser tech her name is Morgan!Morgan made me feel I was sure paying for the price that I paid for!I highly recommend Morgan for any laser treatments!Go Morgan!!!!🥳😀
