Willow Creek Flooring was amazing. I went in and told them I was in a hurry to get carpet put in. Told them what I was looking for. Sales person showed me 2 samples. I loved one of them. She scheduled installation the next week. Installer was awesome as well. Great experience. Highly recommend!

We have looked to Jay and Willow Creek Flooring to complete our flooring projects in our past and current residence. Jay is very professional, listens and works with you, and offers excellent suggestions. His crew does an outstanding job on both removing existing flooring and installing new, whether carpet or vinyl. In addition, they did an awesome job on a back splash and counter top project. We highly recommend Willow Creek, and know you will be very satisfied, as we have been.

We worked with Jay on having all of the flooring replaced in our house. He was very helpful in picking out the best carpeting for our needs. We have cats, so wanted to make sure the carpeting would hold up. The store has a lot of product on hand to choose from and it helped that I was able to take samples home to match colors and their prices are very competitive. Exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Willow Creek Flooring.

I recently used Willow Creek Flooring for a kitchen remodel. Not only do they offer help with flooring, but they also can help with window treatments, granite or quartz decisions, and choosing a backsplash. It is a great place to coordinate lots of the choices when doing a remodel. What I liked most about Willow Creek was the customer service. Both Krista and Jay made you feel like you were a V.I.P. customer, and allowed you to take many samples home to try out for possible use in your home. Highly recommend.

They did not listen or communicate effectively. They installed a broken wood plank in our new wood floors. When asked about it they said it was going to be covered by trim which it wasn’t. Then when they sent someone to replace it they just cut out the cracked part with a jig saw and left the broken board in. We are not impressed with their customer service and their inability to listen to the customer and carry out the work that we were told would be done. It was as if they just wanted to finish our project and move on to the next one. Very disappointed. We will not be using them for our upcoming basement project.
