I love coming to Rejuvenation. Janet does an amazing job with my hair every time I've been there. She never disappoints! I had my first facial here with Alexia and I loved my experience. I fully plan on coming back to see Alexia again in the future!

I absolutely love this salon. I discovered it when my stylist Tara moved to the Rejuvenation salon from my previous salon and I'm very impressed. Everyone is very professional yet fun and friendly.nnI have been going to Tara for over a year now and she is one of the best hair stylists I have ever had. She's such a sweetheart!!!

Walked in and felt welcomed right from the start! Sydni my hair stylist did nothing but wonders to my hair! Would highly recommend!

Caroline, the massage therapist, is one of the BEST in Madison. That's why I've endured the unprofessional, SMUG look and customer service on ONE of the OWNER'S faces. 8+ years is enough!nnMandy is/was confrontational when I told her the facial she performed was the worstnI'd experienced. It was rushed and not relaxing at all.nnManagement did credit my account.nnAfter another year of continuing to solicit the spa because of Caroline being so amazing, I am fed up with supporting any business that doesn't treat ALL customers with appreciation. Also, at least 2 of the former greeting staff left because of the ownership.nnI noticed in the reviews that management seems to only respond to negative reviews with concern when a name appears to be Anglo (White).nnDo better! You're in the business of touching people and providing them with services and products to make them look and feel better.nnIt's a shame that you ultimately undervalue your staff by having such poor owner/management customer relations. I hope Caroline, Megan and the other wonderful ladies find a salon that values their clients.

Did not feel like pampering. I booked the manicure pedicure room for a bridal party. Bride and I were to start at 10:30. While sitting in the waiting area, s/o came out to get me only....not the bride. It was awkward. I asked if she could go first, since she is the bride and on a timeline (had to be out by 12:30 to get to the next thing). I asked if we could all go in the room together.....that was also poorly navigated by service person and it went down hill from there. Bride waited and waiting to get started with . a manicure at about 11, even though I booked 10:30. Started late and she had to run out with barely dry toe nails. I had to ask if the third person in our party could sit and soak her feet while she waited (it did not dawn on either of the two service providers to invite her to so). When we expressed our concern, we were offered a mere 20% off the brides service. It was the opposite of relaxing. I will not be back.
