I'd recommend Caleb to anyone looking for a massage therapist. He listens to the type of activities you engage in and if you have any areas bothering you before recommending a plan of action for your appointment. His work is amazing and you can immediately feel the difference in your body. Are you an athlete, someone with poor posture, or have specific areas of pain? You need to see Caleb!

Caleb does a super job! He listens to what my needs are and follows through to address those concerns. He is also very personable and seeks feedback to see how something is working, if it hurts stones are too hot, etc. Would definitely recommend him - and Elements Middleton - to anyone looking for massage therapy. The front desk staff folks are also awesome. There are engaging and fun. The whole experience from check in to check out is top notch.
Dont sign up for a membership. They say the will build up for you to use in the future, but after awhile they convert them to gift cards that expire before you can use them.nYour response below doesn't explain why I had to convert my massages to gift cards while I still had a membership. I only canceled the membership, because I had to start using the gift cards. I still didn't use them fast enough and lost out on two massages that I had paid for.
