Excellent service, and people. I purchased a Canon 5D ii in great condition cheaper then I could find it on eBay. My uncle got me hooked on coming here 30 years ago.

Very good service, have not used camera yet, looking forward to getting many pics this fall.

Purchased a Canon camera and bag several months ago. They carry a wide variety of cameras, lenses, bags, and accessories. Visited this time to purchase ink for a Canon photo printer.

If your profession or beginner I think this is the best place to go I don't think she would mind me mentioning her name but Lisa is like the Guru Of photography um go to her it she'll set you straight Nothing but good good things about this company!nnNOW THE COMPANY IS IN QUESTION! READ BELOW!!nnWell the tide has changed! Lisa recommended that I rent a bigger zoom lens and said if I liked it the Price of the rental would be applied to purchase! Great idea!nnWell Lisa was off and I started working with Tim the manager! So I told him that I wanted to buy the lens after the 4 day rental before I left the store with the lens!!nnTook some awesome pics up in door county and was very happy and was ready to buy when I got back!nnOn the day I returned the lens I waited in the store for about 30 minutes and final got help from the new guy there! I told the kid that I wanted to buy the lens when Tim yelled out the the lens was sold from under me! Nobody called or told me this info while the lens was in my care!!nnI DID TELL THEM (LISA, TIM, AND THE NEW GUY) BEFORE I LEFT THE STORE THAT I WANTED TO BUY THAT LENS!!!nnI was done wrong!nnAfter I left the store while sitting in the parking lot I called the East Side Store and talked to Windy the store Manage and she was on my side and said she would contact all her sources and try to get the lens i wanted at the same $$ price point!! While still paying my rental fee Tim said that he could give me $54.00 off on a brand new lens @ $1600.00 and the lens I wanted was only $600 after the discounts!!nnTo me when Tim offered that brand new lens was really rude and unprofessional!nnBottom line I think I my have to take my business to the internet and suffer the long wait of the delivery system!nnStill want to promote Lisa and how smart she is!!nThank you Lisa!!nnFind a new Job Tim you don't belong in a camera shop!

Seems like they have a decent selection although being ignored by the counter clerk was annoying. Said he would look up a lens for me then proceeded to talk to a regular (from the sound of their conversation) and not look anything up. After about 10 minutes of waiting while they chit chatted I got sick of standing around and left. Not likely to return.
