Brothers Main was fabulous to work with! We wanted to get a new oven range and were going to go with a big box store but found prices and selection were better at Brothers Main so we went with them and I'm so glad we did. We called over the phone to order it and the sales associate was wonderful! He gave us a better deal than ordering online and worked a solution for us a get what we wanted quickly during these crazy times when lots of places don't have much in stock. Would highly recommend for their great customer service!!

I have been a customer of Brothers Main for many years and never been disappointed. I buy appliances not only for myself but for my rental business and my opinion is that they are very good in their service, and their prices are excellent .

Our on-line dryer shopping experience with Main was easy and informative. Our salesman text-chatted with us about our selection, and our preferred model was available. On-line payment was easy and efficient.nnOur delivery team was excellent. Dustin and his partner communicated effectively, arrived on-time, efficiently removed our old dryer, and efficiently hooked up our new dryer. Dustin gave us a quick instruction demonstration to get us started. At my request, they even left the dryer box for my grandsons to decorate and turn into a playhouse.

I would recommend Brothers Main to anyone looking for great customer service. Everyone we worked with, from the Sales Associates to the delivery people were professional and helpful. We had an issue with the first washing machine we purchased, and when Whirlpool wouldn't help us Brothers Main did. We will definitely purchase from them again!

Bought a Frigidaire microwave here in April, 2020. Within two months, we were having problems with it. We called Brothers Main today because our electrician informed us that it was a faulty wire inside the microwave and it needed to be replaced.nnBrothers Main were NOT AT ALL willing or able to help us (with a replacement unit or otherwise), instead told us to call the manufacturer. After spending four hours getting transferred around and not getting anywhere in terms of fixing our microwave, we were disconnected.nnWe've had this microwave for less than 6 months and Brothers Main won't give us a replacement and deal with their own manufacturer rep for selling THEM a faulty microwave? Wow.... We will certainly NEVER shop here again.nnBuyer beware.
