I like this location because they're very fast, clean, and friendly staff 👍😊
there has been a few times I've went to this location and always seemed to mess up my order somehow.. But this time, I did get everything correctly BUT all the sandwiches were burnt to a crisp! The dunkin I used to work at would never serve this to customers. They really need to turn down the oven cooker and make sure it is good to serve to customers..
Dunkin is great for the service and their product is always yummy! The wife and I visit for coffee almost every day. However, I was sad to learn they are no longer offering refill price to customers with a collectible refill cup, so we will not be returning as frequently anymore.
In a world of stiff competition, especially with a Starbucks directly across the street, the path to compete and win customers is won, and lost, in the little details that make a visit memorable. The management and staff at this Dunkin’ is AWESOME! They routinely make the customer experience worth a visit.
Don’t forget the breakfast sandwiches, they are delicious!
