We got the cookie experience for 2- which was 8 cookies with drinks of choice. From what I understood, certain cookies they mark as gold medal count as 2. The owner was super sweet & super nice. Also they have been wearing masks or face shields, which I think is really great. It's a lot more of a personal place than other bigger chains like Crumbl which I thought was really great. I hope I can visit again soon.
I have been to other cookie (bakery) stores before. But every thing for me is Customer Service. I am willing to pay a little more if it means I get good customer service. Well....at Uncle Biff's I received wonderfully warm customer service and super yummy cookies. Fresh out of the oven. There was free coffee while I waited and the place was warm and clean. This was my first time there. But this is our family's new cookie place.
The BEST cookies I have ever had! And such a friendly staff! I surprisingly had a great and fun experience there. They definitely made my day.
One word...AMAZING. The best cookies ever. Before the cookies are baked comes the service team that greets the customer. Jaylin you were the best. Uncle Biff picked some amazing talent in you.
