It was a real pleasure to visit this supermarket because all the staff professional. Everything went very well when I had to shop for my needs and wants. They provide a user-friendly service and nothing is too complicated for them to deal with. I bought everything I need! Thank you!
I only shop here when I’m desperate. Today’s experience: Slow checkout, and I got home to see on my receipt that I was overcharged for an item.
They are never rude to their customers. But I do have two gripes about the company in general. They do not allow for enough employees in the store. But they want them to do everything for everyone. Then the customers don't seem to understand that. And the big bosses don't seem to either. Come on guys! Don't stretch your employees beyond their limit and then complain. This is so not the time for this. Bashas is a great chain. I love them all. Give your hard workers a raise! Spend a day doing what they do (like those bosses on that show who worked with their employees to see what was really going on under their policies.) This is one of the last great specially stores. Don't become a Walmart.
Excellent sushi station. The lady saw me having a hard time deciding, and offered to make me what I wanted on the spot. Great quality and price point.
