I felt like the staff were rude and not helpful. My bf works 6-7 days a week and our peaceful time is taking a drive to get coffee in the morning. My bf ordered an iced latte and when asked what flavor he said “just cream and sugar” and instead of offering sugar/ sweetener the employee told him its made with milk and espresso so he said “well then just sugar”. I’m lactose intolerant so I asked for a breakfast sandwich without cheese and when we got our order my sandwich was burnt and dripping with cheese and his drink was unsweetened. The donut holes were good though.
Drive thru packed, so I cruised thru inside with ease.
I have been a daily customer to this location for over 4 years. The staff over the last few years has been exceptional. The customer service I have experienced personally has been outstanding. They are friendly, kind, and go way above and beyond their job duties. They always ask how I am on a personal level and if I missed a day (as I am a daily customer) appear concerned. I have a dairy allergy and have always gone above and beyond to make my drinks. During this rough time I am great full that I am still able to frequent this location. And am appreciative to all the staff for putting themselves in a compromising position to take care of the their customers. I can only hope that they are given the proper PAY that they deserve during this time. And can only hope that they are given the essentials needed to stay safe during this time. Thank you all for serving me!
