Room had a beautiful view and staff was extremely helpful, especially guest services! Please beware there are hidden fees our $89 room turned in to a $174 room. We were expecting a parking charge/tax but the resort fee and “room charge” is very unclear at the time of booking. Once we realized we were paying a resort fee it was very unclear what was included in that. Overall hotel was great, but know there are fees that was not well advertised on their website.
I would highly recommend Deborah at The Edgewater Spa. She listened to my needs for the one-hour massage that I had booked and explained some of the reflexology methods she was using. I had a wonderful experience and while I was a little sore the next day, would totally return for another massage!
Got the best massage of my life, but the woman who did my underarm wax ripped off the top layer of my skin. I haven't been able to put my arms at my sides for a day the pain is so bad, plus I have huge red marks in the shape of the cloth strips/wax under my arms - definitely not a good waxing experience. :(
Everyone was helpful and friendly. My wife and I received a massage on August 1st and enjoyed it very much.
We had the couples massage and it was a Wonderful experience! Warm bed, beautiful room with an amazing view of the lake. Great therapists. This time we were asked if we wanted robes or to change in the room, loved this option! Thank you Edgewater spa, we will be returning!
