Century House has beautiful furnishings and fantastic service. Madison is so lucky to have a world class store -buy local and get the very best design and quality available. We ordered during the COVID-19 safer at home rules. Started corresponding online, then talked over the phone. Set up an appointment to go check out a chair. We were the only one in the store. They followed all safety rules. Our salesperson, Kathy is very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect one. We did a no contact pickup for delivery. Very easy. We will work with Century House again for sure.
Very helpful, it was very easy to try out different options to find a good fit.
Friendly service. However, if you are looking for an ergonomic Herman Miller chair do not buy one from this store. Order it from Herman Miller's online store which will give you a 30 day return policy in case the chair is a bad fit. I wish I knew that before buying because these chairs are not cheap and finding a good office chair is important.
We couldn't be happier with our new furniture and the excellent service and design advice we received from Kathy and the other staff at The Century House! Kathy helped us pick the right Stressless chairs for our new living room so that they would fit each of us perfectly. She helped us choose colors and fabric we love, then helped us select a gorgeous sofa and stunning rug design to tie everything together! We are beyond satisfied with our experience, and would highly recommend Kathy and The Century House!
