This was my first visit to this shop and came from Oregon, WI because of positive past reviews I found on the website. I was not disappointed. I needed repair of a large sofa cushion zipper. What I appreciated in my service were: fine, detailed workmanship (based on 40+ years of experience), reasonable cost, and efficient, warm customer service. I was able to observe samples of their work the vast array of upholstery options. This will be my go-to place in the future. I found a real treasure.

I took my livingroom chair to have the seat cushion spring repaired. I parked in the back as the sign on the side wall said. We were able to unload the chair and bring it into the shop more easily. I was very pleased with a project they did for me last spring. I look forward to having a more comfortable seat in the near future. I t was a reasonable price and I can keep the upholstery that matches my sofa!

We needed the webbing on our outdoor furniture replaced and Home & Office helped us out -- the replacement webbing looks better than the original!
