This is a great business. They don’t take your money because they can. They provide great advice and only fix things if they can make sure that it will work.
My internal speaker on my MacBook Air seemed to disappear from all of my software settings, and I was left with no sound output at all. Chris did an incredibly fast and accurate job of diagnosing and solving the issue I'd been fussing with all week, within 20 minutes! Once again had a great experience at Tech Heroes.
