Heather helped me today. She was incredible. I am getting married tomorrow and was on the hunt for a wedding band. Due to civil, they didn't have everything out. However she got the rings out just for me. She helped me find the most beautiful wedding set I've ever laid eyes on. And for a very small fraction of the price I would have paid anywhere else. If you are looking for gorgeous jewelry for extremely reasonable prices this is your place!! Would recommend and will return for sure
Ric’s place is awesome!! They have a lot of cool stuff. I looked at a ring once and questioned if it was real silver, so the owner gave it to me. It turns out that the ring is real silver and I should’ve paid the nominal price asked. Who does that?!? I would definitely shop there again.
I had a great experience at Rick's today. I took in a collection of stuff I knew was gold, thought might be gold, knew was silver, and was pretty sure was junk. Heather very efficiently sorted through everything, dividing it into 18K, and 14K gold, silver, things to test, and junk. She was so friendly throughout. She offered to tell me how much she was offering for individual items. She explained to me how she determined the price she offered, based on the price for 24K gold. She would have been happy for me to take her estimate and move on to another place or two to compare my offers. But she rounded up on the 80% of full value that she offered me and I was glad to walk away whistling a happy tune and carefully carrying my generous check. I'm motivated to look around to see if I can find any more gold or silver around my apartment or among my family members. As soon as I do, I'll head back to Rick's!

Amazed I have never stopped in here before. Fun place. Staff is funny and down to earth. They've got some really interesting stuff. Found an old Bailey hand plane and they were willing to entertain an offer. They have some really cool industrial resto-mod furniture too.
