Honestly, every time I come here I'm absolutely disappointed with the service because I always feel like I'm being watched by some of your associates. I've personally worked in a couple of years in department store retail myself and understand that you have to always keep an eye on your surroundings but I personally feel just asking me if I'm finding everything okay would resolve a lot of that issue instead of standing there watching me like I'm some freak.

So I came to macys with my 10 month old and had to carry him around in his carseat because macys doesnt have any shopping carts!!! I had to carry him and what I was going to buy (which if your a parent of a young one you know how difficult that is!!) I ended up not purchasing anything cause I wasnt able to carry him and a new bedding set with me and new towels around with me. I couldn't believe it what type of store doesnt have shopping carts. I'm normally a loyal shopper there but I wont be shopping there for a while I'm so disapointed with them.

Store was very quiet for a Saturday afternoon. Didn't see anything that was of interest and left after 15 minutes. Very disappointing.

While I had to wait a bit for a return, I was pleased with the selection and price of purses and clearance jewelry. Thanks Mandy for the pleasant approach you consistently provide and the clinique samples.
