We purchased a finnleo sauna from Leisure Concepts and wow! Customer service to the max. Jim and Kerry are great to work with. They know their stuff and are straight shooters when it comes to buying products. We had questions when setting up our new sauna and they were able to answer everything and with great detail. My husband, father-in-law, and myself put together our sauna in under 4 hours. It was a fairly easy process, the most difficult part was the door, which Jim gave us plenty of warning about. Loved working with them and we are so happy with our new sauna!
We purchased a Vita spa from Leisure Concepts and had an absolutely phenomenal experience! Luckily my husband is extremely handy, so we were able to transport it ourselves to Minnesota and install. The Leisure Concepts team was supportive the entire installation and continued to provide support once we had the spa up and running. We had a great experience leading up to our purchase as well as once it was running. We would definitely recommend friends, family and others to go through Leisure Concepts.
Great products Great service and WOW we are enjoying the Sauna and Hot Tub-Spa. We bought an outdoor sauna building with changing room and large sauna and a hot tub-spa for the backyard.
